My favorite activity was the yoga session by the reflection pond. Jenna is an amazing instructor and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing.
Outdoor yoga was amazing. I felt relaxed yet focused on myself and had time to admire nature and take in all that i often miss like birds chirping, feeling sun on my body, hearing and feeling light breeze and water flow.
Jenna has a very happy, calming presence that is inviting.
I'm grateful for the time to pause, reset, and take care of me.
I gained time to myself to learn how to care for myself, time to relax and think in a calming space, and knowledge and tools to help manage my anxiety.
I reconnected with myself, my values, and nature. It was a pleasure also connecting with like minded individuals.
